Is this therapy?
This work is therapeutic but not medical or diagnostic treatment. It blends clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and nutrition support to help you feel calmer and more in control.Do I need to have hypnotherapy before?
No experience is needed. Everything is explained clearly and you are always in control. Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused state similar to daydreaming.What actually happens in a session?
Sessions are calm and personalised, including conversation, nervous system regulation, mindset work, and guided relaxation or hypnotherapy where appropriate.I’m functioning but not feeling great. Is this for me?
Yes. Many clients appear to cope outwardly but feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. You don’t need to wait until things get worse.
How long does it take to notice changes?
Some clients notice shifts early, such as better sleep or easing of anxiety. Phobia are often treated quite quickly after one or sessions. But it really depends on what is being treated and how willing you are to take on the changes needed. Sustainable change often develops over the 4-6 week program.Is this suitable if I’m anxious or sensitive?
Yes. The work is gentle and paced around your nervous system, with safety always prioritised. The stress to strength program has been specifically designed for people with anxiety.Is this in person or online?
Sessions are available both in person and online, depending on what feels best for you.What if I’m not sure which program to choose?
