WHY THESE PROGRAMS WORK

Each program blends clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, (Neurolinguistic programming), Life-coaching, nervous system regulation, nutrition support, and mindfulness practice with breath-work. You will also gain access to my online pilates classes as part of the program at www.nrgizepilates.com.

This whole-person approach supports long-lasting change — not quick fixes. They work because they blend a number of different disciplines together and each program is created to suit your specific needs.

This program is perfect for you if you are struggling with self- confidence and low self- esteem and would like to learn ways of improving this by changing your mindset. This program focuses on helping you with Hypnotherapy, Life-coaching, NLP as well as Nutritional support with access to a Pilates library of classes.

Program 2- Stress to Strength

Transform overwhelm into emotional resilience

Perfect for women experiencing anxiety, worry or stress.

You’ll learn practical, effective tools to regulate your nervous system and feel calmer and more centred to help manage your anxiety.

You will learn how to:

• Reduce stress and anxiety patterns

• Calm your nervous system and reduce overwhelm

• Feel more emotionally balanced and grounded

• Improve sleep and stress resiliance

If you struggle with anxiety and the symptoms of anxiety, this is the perfect course for you. Using a blend of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life-coaching and Nutritional support. You will benefit from feeling calmer, more in control and more able to manage and overcome your anxiety in the long term.

Program 3- Inner- Reset Program

Mind- Body Support for Perimenopause & Menopause

A holistic program to help you navigate hormonal changes with more ease, clarity and balance. This program is suitable for women on HRT or do not take HRT. Designed to support your mind and your body through this transitional time.

Ideal for mood swings, fatigue, emotional shifts, or feeling unlike yourself.

You will learn how to:

• Support your hormones naturally

• Nutritional support to help manage and reduce symptoms

• Restore energy and emotional balance

• Feel grounded in your changing body

• Learn ways to improve sleep

• Hypnosis to reduce hot flushes

As a HypnoMenopause® practitioner I have combined this in my program. It combines hypnosis, mindfulness and CBT to help women manage their experience in a completely natural way.

In clinical trials, hypnotherapy has been shown to alleviate hot flushes by up to an incredible 74%, in addition to helping reduce anxiety, depression, support weight management, build confidence and self esteem, improve sleep and sexual function.

I want to help you manage and reduce the many different symptoms from Peri-menopause and menopause. I believe a multi- displinary approach is needed. Which is why I use a combination of therapies. Using a combination of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Lifecoaching and Nutritional support, with access to a library of my online Pilates classes can help you to manage and reduce symptoms at this transitional time in your life.

This program looks more specifically at your energy levels, what’s causing you to feel tired and getting to the root cause. Providing you with tools, nutritional support, NLP and Hypnosis sessions to help give you your energy back.

Program 5- Nourish & Restore

A healthier relationship with Food, Body and Mind

A gentle program for women wanting to feel better in their body without dieting or restriction.

Includes emotional eating support, nutrition guidance and tailored movement.

You will learn how to:

Reduce Food noise and emotional eating patterns

• Build a calmer relationship with food

• Create healthy eating habits with nutritional guidance

• Meal Planning ideas and recipes

• Improve body confidence

• Full access to library of online Pilates classes

This program is for women who would like to lose weight and have struggled to lose weight and keep it off. It will also benefit women who have taken weight-loss jabs and would like to maintain their weight or get advice on diet following their weight-loss. Using a combination of mindset techniques using Hypnosis and NLP to help with emotional eating, cravings and nutritional support to help cultivate a healthy diet in the longer term.

Program Investment and Payment options

All online 4-6 Week Programs includes live weekly sessions delivered via zoom and all resources- £299 Or £75 per week. In some instances few sessions are required, this can be discussed during a discovery call.

In-person sessions £320 for the 4-week program or £80 per session.

Longer and custom programs are also available when the above programs don’t meet your requirements.

If you would like to spread the cost you can pay weekly. Payment is required in advance before your session.
