Lemon Bliss Balls
A light, uplifting citrus treat to refresh and energise your mind and give you an energy boost.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/3–1⁄2 cup tahini
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1⁄4 cup shredded coconut (optional) 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
2–4 tbsp milk
Pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
Roll into small balls and flatten slightly. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
